Project Strategy and Planning

  • DIASOZO can Develop and refine the project’s overall strategy, objectives, and timelines, aligned with organizational goals and market trends, and working with executive management in developing the project consortium of OEM and EPC partners and funders.

  • Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, including feasibility studies, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

  •  Ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulations, championing a safety-first culture.

  • Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and best practices across the project.

  • Manage the environmental team in the completion of the necessary environmental permitting for the project in compliance with local legislative and international best practice (Equator Principles), as well as the obtention of all necessary permits and authorizations required.

Project Leadership:

  • Provide overall strategic direction, leadership, and structure for the project.

  • Establish clear goals, objectives, and performance metrics to guide the team toward successful project completion.

Team Management:

  • Working closely with the appointed Owner’s Engineer and existing project team, build out and lead a high-performing project team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across all levels.

  • Assign roles and responsibilities, provide guidance, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Project Management:

  • With the support of the appointed Owner’s Engineer, oversee all project activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality standards, compliance guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

  •  Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technical experts, contractors, and external stakeholders, to drive project execution and deliverables.

  •  With the support of the Owner’s Engineer implement effective project management methodologies, tools, and processes to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and initiate corrective actions.

  •  Work with certification agencies to safeguard that during project execution all regulatory requirements for product certification are considered and implemented.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Support the executive team in fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as government agencies, local communities, environmental organizations, and industry partners, financial institutions, customers.

  • Actively engage and communicate project progress, benefits, and potential challenges to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and addressing concerns.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Manage the project budget and third-party services providers, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness andfinancial sustainability.

  •  Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to identify and select reliable vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement processes effectively.

Risk Management:

  •  With the support of the appointed Owner’s Engineer, identify potential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

  •  Proactively monitor and address any emerging risks or issues throughout the project life cycle.

     

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed industry standards (both in terms of the design and operation of the project.).

  •  Foster a culture of continuous improvement and lessons learned.

Project Reporting and Documentation:

  • With the support of the appointed Owner’s Engineer, prepare regular project status reports, presentations, and documentation for internal stakeholders (including the project Steering Committee) and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date project records, including contracts, permits, technical specifications, and progress reports
